I tried a few different glow paints for a gallery piece, and GlowThatWows stood out with really nice colors and longer glow time

GlowThatWows: Lighting Up the Art World

Hey! We’re Erik and Lukas — the two people behind GlowThatWows.

This all started in 2021, kind of by accident. I (Erik) was just scrolling Instagram when I saw a reel of a local artist painting with glow-in-the-dark paint. Before this, art never really spoke to me—it just didn’t inspire. But seeing art that literally lit up the dark sparked something new inside me.

Not long after, Lukas and I teamed up with the artist from that reel (and one more friend) to start a little decor shop — We focused on making art fun and accessible, using our glowing paint to draw in those who, like me, hadn’t seen art as something exciting.

And that glowing paint? It turned out to be the perfect hook.

GlowThatWows ® turns “that’s cool” into “wait… it glows?!” — one pigment at a time.

Fast forward to 2025...

We decided to go all in and launch our own line of glow-in-the-dark paints and pigments. Lukas is the real brain when it comes to the glow side of things — testing formulas, mixing batches, figuring out how to make everything work better and glow longer. He's the reason we know exactly what’s in every jar and why it glows the way it does.

GlowThatWows isn’t about rules or perfect lines — it’s about having fun with your ideas and watching them come to life in the dark. You don’t need to be an “artist” to create something that glows. You just need to start.
