🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us at info@glowthatwows.com with your order number and a short reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for opened glow paint or pigment. Once opened, we cannot guarantee the product hasn't been contaminated, spilled, mixed, or used.
Flashlights may be returned if unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@glowthatwows.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we'll offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost or provide another solution.
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds cover the product price and original standard shipping cost. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.
