We ship worldwide from Lithuania, EU, using tracked shipping services.

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During very busy periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

UK: 3-7 business days

USA: 5-10 business days
Worldwide: 5-14 business days

Delivery estimates are reliable, but your order may occasionally take 1-2 extra business days to arrive, especially during busy periods.

We offer free shipping on orders over €65 EUR.

For USA orders, duties are prepaid - no hidden import costs.

For other international orders, customs rules may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or uncollected parcel, we can resend it after the additional shipping cost is paid.
