What makes Gel different from Fluid medium?
Gel has a thicker consistency and holds visible marks. Fluid medium spreads more easily into thin layers. Choose based on the texture you want.
How much glow in the dark pigment should I use to mix?
Mix 30% glow pigment with 70% gel by weight. Add the powder gradually and stir thoroughly until evenly mixed. Adjust with more gel if needed. Do not exceed 35% pigment adding extra powder can cause clumping without improving the glow
Gloss or matte - which should I choose?
Choose the daytime appearance you prefer. Gloss adds shine; matte reduces reflections. Test your glow mixture before deciding.
What is a fluid medium for?
Thinning and extending acrylic or glow paint without weakening it, and mixing your own glowpaint from pigment powder.
